I have a wholesale deal and it needs approx 15 to 20k depending on how you fix them. 1812 Park Circle, Lancaster, Ca 93535 Blt 1986 3+2.5 asking 59,000 sec.8 pays $1920 for a 3 bed, however I think it would rent for 12 to $1,400 per month. I've lowered the price to $59,000. I've just got too many rehabs going on at once and can't take another one on. Below are comps.
