Hi Rosie,

I understand when you invest as a Realtor you always have to disclose that you are licensed, however regarding contracts, do we always have to use the contracts of our state board? In my studies I heard that this was true, but are we able to use the contracts that other investors use? What contracts do we use? Any additional imput would be greatly appreciated!
