1.  These forums are for networking, information sharing and even potential deal making opportunities for individual real estate investors.  Absolutely no advertisements for companies.

2.  All investors on this forum should use due diligence when learning about a "deal" that may be offered on this forum from another investor.

3.  No outside events or meetings may be posted here without the direct approval of The Naked Real Estate Investors Club.
