We all know that you long term wealth is made in holding real estate but the biggest make or break proposition is quality tenant selection. The price you paid or the interest rate you got on your investment property will pale in comparison to one poorly screened and improperly placed tenant. They will ultimately determine the health of your investment and proper tenant training and goals are the key.
