Hi. I have little experience in real estate and my friend and I want to do
wholesaling.

I want to know if there is anybody here who is wholesaling and what
their experience is.

1. How long does it take you to find investors to buy your properties?
2. How many hours per week are you working on wholesaling to be
able to create deals and make money?
3. What are the challenges you are facing in wholesaling? What do you
need to do to succeed in wholesaling?
4. How many months or years has it taken you before you started
making enough money to start living with wholesaling only?

This is what I want to find out before I jump.

Let me know what your experience is so I can "hear it from the horse's
mouth". I am always interested in learning from people who have more
experience than I do.
