Hello, I own several manufactured home communities and we have vacancies in some of our properties. I would like to find investors who would purchase brand new homes (3/2)to place in our properties and sell them on a 10 year contract at 10%. I can purchase brand new homes from the factory, transport into our parks, set up, skirt, and permit for $25,000. The community will guarantee the payment, once the home is sold initially. If someone leaves or is evicted, the community will pay the payment; help the owner get the home ready to sell again, collect the payment and send you the money, monthly. I have been in this industry for 30 years and with the economy the way it currently is, there is no shortage of families looking for quality homes.
