Also - it is the 1 Year Anniversary of my ....

WOW!  It's been a whole year since I opened! We have had one heck of a year and it's time to celebrate.  I started this business in the crazy economy and on top of it - still have been doing a lot of real estate both wholesaling and flipping .  Surffice it to say - It's been a roller coaster ride and a lot of work - actually probably the hardest and most challenging career year I have ever had.   So now that we are over the hump of the first year - I am here to say - Let's celebrate my friends!    Yahoo! Let the good times roll!
