Hi Rosie,
I just wanted to thank you again for last night’s meeting and tell you how much I enjoyed it. As a complete newbie, it was a little intimidating to go, but I felt very welcome and very much enjoyed the speakers. I learned a lot and it definitely made me want to come back for future meetings. I also had a chance to chat a little with Dave Berens afterwards – what a great guy.
Thanks again for putting the club together – I look much forward to being a part of it.

So refreshing to get a personal email back from you. We get so bombarded with third party email services from everybody that say (do not reply to this email etc.) And or the promoters are just supposedly too busy to take the time to respond to me personally. We've never met but I've recently joined the group and plan on attending the next meeting to get to know everyone and put some deals together! I've got to say, I've been to a few meetings with other groups, and seen alot of them posted on Meetup, yours is by far the most attractive! Its great what you're doing for the Investment community, education, intimate environments, relationship building, and your site is amazing! I'm excited to attend and be part of the group.

First off let me say Congratulations on having your own Real Estate Club… In 2005 I was a member of (another club) and didn't renew because I had come to the conclusion that it was [only] a money making venue (as speakers pitch and sell their product)…
Anyway, I've gone to your website to stay up to date on your club because I like the philosophy. It goes against most of the clubs out there….
With your determination and hard work your club will be a success. It's good to see someone come along with a true passion to see others succeed.

What a great seminar you put on with Rob Swanson. Thanks It may be just an older, not so suave gentleman's opinion, but I consider you an incredibly committed real estate mentor-empowerment facilitator for those who are fortunate enought to make your acquaintance. The set up of the round table environment was perfect. The panel you picked to represent the different topics could not have been better. They were open, experienced, knowledgeable, and very courteous. We got so much out of last night, more than any other meeting we've ever been to, and that is the honest to God truth.
We can't wait for the next round table meeting!!!
