We believe that a quality real estate investment education should be easily accessible to all income levels.
Founded by Rosie Nieto of NakedLadyRealEstate.com, we are an education and networking community dedicated to being a comprehensive education resource for novice investors, and a continuing education source for seasoned investors, alike. Rosie's experience in being the Club Manager of one of the largest real estate investors clubs in Los Angeles had given her the fortune to be part of the “inner world” of the real estate club/seminar circuit. She became an "insider" of an industry that few people get to see up close. She was no longer “just an investor” but also a key operator in creating the events and seminars that we all frequent so often.
Because of her position, Rosie realized she had the chance to offer what she was always seeking in REI Club’s; serious training, networking and a no hype environment. As more people started asking her advice on issues such as “should I buy this guru’s product, what lender do you recommend, how do I structure this deal, etc.” she knew she had a the opportunity to be of service to investors, sellers and buyers, rather than another club bombarding people with endless product and hype. After all, being an investor herself and knows what it feels like to be confused by it all!
Rosie’s goal is to help others while she herself navigates through the hype of industry and works hard to bring the quality environment she and many of her peers yearn for in a club.
So - why the name Naked Real Estate Investors? It started with Naked Lady Real Estate - Rosie's Blog which offered "the bare truth about real estate investing", so it seems a natural progression to name her new club with the same M.O. It was important to relay that this is not your typical real estate investors club. We want to present the bare truth, offer a community no nonsense, no hype, quality education, networking and deal making.
We have an enormous opportunity to build our idea of a supportive community of real estate investors and professionals. Ongoing support and guidance is a key element for success.
While we believe that yes - you must spend money on quality education – but we simply do not believe that you need to buy non-stop products every time you step foot at a real estate club meeting to be an investor! While, ongoing continued education is a must, yes, it's just nonsense that it needs to be at the amount that the never-ending pitching & selling that is going on in this industry now. We know people are getting confused and discouraged by all the hype!
We believe you can have a successful networking and educational real estate investors club where investors are DOING DEALS without the never-ending hype of product pitches. How so? By being a community that is supported by you - its members.
We go above and beyond to advocate for our members by:
